Well, I went to the interview this morning, and to say the least, it was awkward. The four person panel I interviewed with didn't realize I hadn't initially interviewed for the position, so thus didn't have as much information about it as I would have had normally.
I did the best I could with what I had. They're looking for someone to supervise their adult ed teachers; being a teacher myself, I interviewed as a teacher. I do believe they're looking for someone with more of a principal-ish mentality to them; while I am many things, I am not an administrator.
But, I emailed the director, thanked her for the opportunity, and asked to still be on the list for part-time teachers.
