So I'm riding in the elevator the other day, heading back upstairs from getting the mail. For about two weeks now, I've had a horrible cough - since I got pneumonia a few years ago, coughing for me is usually very bad, wracking pain, etc. Back to the elevator...so I'm in the middle of a coughing fit, I finally calm down a bit and catch my breath. The old lady standing next to me glances over at me, offering me a very odd look.
"Is it the cancer?"
"What?!?"
"Is it the cancer? My sister used to cough like that, and she had the cancer."
"Um...no."
Later, I really wished I would've remembered Arnold's line from Kindergarten Cop, "it's not a tumah."
